Plot 22 presents is back with another legend in the world of British dance music, DAVE HASLAM (The Haçienda); we are absolutely buzzing to have the acclaimed author and DJ spinning an extended 3 hour set for you.
We return to a ‘back to basics’ format, inviting a legend of the wider scene, supported by a legend of our local scene, both playing what are now considered to be ‘extended sets’ with no parameters or genre restrictions.

DAVE HASLAM (THE HAÇIENDA)
DJ and writer Dave Haslam DJ’d over 450 times at the legendary Haçienda in Manchester
during the late 1980s. He made his debut at the Haçienda on May 1st 1986; Justin
Robertson, Tim Burgess, Laurent Garnier, and the Chemical Brothers all later credited his
sets as an inspiration
In 1990 he played Spike Island with the Stone Roses and took part in a
Haçienda tour of the USA. Since then he’s DJ’d worldwide – from Peru to Berlin, and Ibiza to
Detroit – and played afterparties for New Order, Depeche Mode, and Gorillaz. Recently, his
gigs also include; Kendal Calling, Parma (Italy), the legendary Golden Lion in Todmorden,
and a residency in Paris. He describes his DJing philosophy as “playing the best records ever
made one after the other”. Expect a joyful, eclectic, quality selection.
